Refunds

As all our items are customized they cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold.

Damanged Item upon arrival

If your order arrives damaged please contact us at foreverpersonalized@outlook.com with your order number and a picture and we will ship a replacement.

Problem with my order

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at foreverpersonalized@outlook.com with your order number, a picture of the item and a descirption of the issue. We will be more than happy to help.

Customization is wrong

Here at Forever Personalized we copy and paste all names to ensure all spelling is correct. If for any reason your order arrived wrong please contact us at foreverpersonalized@outlook.com with your order number and a picture of the customization. We will confirm the spelling provided on the order. If for any reason we are wrong we will immediately send a replacement. If the incorrect spelling was provided we will work with you to offer a replacement at a discounted price.
